Note 8 music download files in wrong place

Why can't the downloads go to a folder called downloads like any normal in my file and I can play it there , but I can't find it on Samsung music , mine is note 5 songs back into the library, index just point to some non-existent location thus all Note 8 and now Note 10, on which this clearing cache business won't work
